A Letter from our owners
On January 1, 2018, Public Service Mortgage and Prestige Mortgage, merged our business operations together to become Endurance Mortgage.
We bring with us, 38 years of combined mortgage experience, successful companies & great reputations. We feel that joining our business operations together will enable us to provide even better products and services for our customers. By joining our companies together, we become Cenla’s largest locally owned, mortgage lender.
Our shared vision for Endurance Mortgage, is to provide what the Internet can not, a personable approach to customer service.

MEET ROBERT
Robert “Joey” Naquin, is a graduate of Louisiana State University (LSU) and has over 22 years of experience in the mortgage industry. After graduating from LSU, Joey managed another local mortgage company and in 2001, he made the decision to join with his mother, Lucretia Naquin, who owned Public Service Mortgage; which she had founded in 1998. After his mother retired in 2005, Joey took over the business.
On January 1, 2018, Public Service Mortgage merged their business operations with Prestige Mortgage and they changed their name to Endurance Mortgage, becoming Cenla’s largest locally owned mortgage company.
Joey has been married to his wife, Julie for almost 22 years and they have 3 children, Christian, Austin & Brennan and 3 grandchildren Kylie, Malakai & Sawyer.
His hobbies include tournament bass fishing, singing in the choir at his church, Philadelphia Baptist and spending time with his family.
MEET STACY
Stacy Salter Vercher, a graduate of Louisiana State University at Shreveport (LSUS), has twenty years’ experience in the mortgage/ banking industry. Fifteen years of this experience was as owner of Prestige Mortgage Lending.
At the beginning of 2018, she became co-owner of Endurance Mortgage, Cenla’s largest locally owned mortgage company.
Our vision on how to operate our local mortgage company successfully was the same; put our people first.
Stacy has been happily married to Louis Vercher for sixteen years and has one daughter, Madelyn Claire who attends Grace Christian School. Stacy’s hobbies include spending time with Family, traveling and teaching Sunday School at Christway Church.
